A Grinder Cut of a Mono-strand Tendon
NOTE: This DOES NOT meet code requirements as the Tendon is cut even with the face of concrete.  ACI 318 (423), as well as The Post Tensioning Institute, calls for 3/4" cover from the face of concrete to the cut tendon end for normal environments and 1" from the face of concrete to the encapsulation cap for aggressive environments.
